Taking the
pain out of implementation
There’s a notion that to implement a new AMS, the project must be painstakingly long and miserable. But we know there’s a better way.
One where the process is predictable and seamless, so your team still has time for their day jobs. One that is designed to get to know you and the nuances of your association, so that the platform works exactly how you need it to after launch.
That’s why we created an implementation that’s different.
A pitch perfect implementation
Kickoff
Kickoff is where we’ll get to know one another. We’ll ask you about previous pain points and identify what critical success factors you’re looking for, as well as establish some basic roles and responsibilities. We’ll also identify any potential risks, so we can plan to remove or mitigate them. After that, we’ll determine a preliminary project schedule based on your goals and timeline.
Assess
No stone is left unturned here. During assessment, we use detailed questionnaires to understand your processes and what nuances make your association unique. We’ll look at your data’s hygiene and complexity and determine how to best map it from your legacy system to Rhythm. This is also where we’ll talk about any potential integrations and get introduced to your integration partners. Then, we’ll create a configuration plan and set expectations for the rest of implementation.
SET UP
This stage is where things start to get real. We’ll do an initial data import, lay the groundwork for system configuration, and enroll you and your team into Rhythm Academy. You’ll get access to your own training tenant that you can use to complete robust online training while getting familiar with your new system. We’ll also style your member portal to match the look and feel of your branding, creating a seamless experience for your members.
Deliver
During delivery, we'll guide your team through system configuration to ensure everything is tailored to your unique needs. You will get the chance to test your organizational processes, confirm that your data is being mapped over correctly, and give any feedback on your member portal design. If any members of your staff still need to complete Rhythm Academy courses, now is the time.
Launch
Launch days are a big deal at Rhythm - something to be celebrated! We’ll do a final data import and go live as you’ve predetermined is best. We recommend a staggered launch, where staff has time to use the console side before launching the member portal. We’ll also ask you to invite select members into the process and get their feedback to make sure the experience is intuitive and user-friendly.
