ATLANTA, December 9, 2021 — Rhythm Software announced 9 new features, apps, and integrations today during their virtual customer event, Rhythm All-Access Pass. The new functionality came in response to direct customer feedback and needs for their staff and their members.
To start off the event, Kelli Catts, Director of Marketing at Rhythm, welcomed attendees and introduced the rest of the team who spoke today. Andrew Ryan, Co-Founder and CEO at Rhythm gave customers front-row access to Rhythm’s 2022 goals and initiatives.
Rhythm strives to put customers at the core of everything they do. Armond Mack, Director of Customer Experience, gave listeners insider access into what’s next for the customer experience – including plans for more networking opportunities and expanding the knowledge base.
Then, Rhythm announced 8 new features, apps, and integrations: Career Center, Directories, Chapter Leaders, Group Registration, Abstracts, Exhibitors, and integrations with QuickBooks Online, and Elevate LMS by Cadmium.
To announce the new features, Rhythm Co-Founder and CTO, Jim Catts, and Rhythm’s Director of Product, Daryl Edwards, gave members a sneak peek of the features through live demos.
“It was such a joy to see customers' live reactions to the new features, see them interact with each other, and share how excited they are for what we’ve been working on,” said Director of Product, Daryl Edwards. “These features were all built with them in mind, their feedback, or their direct requests. The customer joy makes it all worth it.”
The innovation doesn’t stop there as Rhythm gave their customers a first look into what features and apps they can expect next.
“Rhythm’s All-Access Pass Event was just one of the ways we give back to our customers,” said Armond Mack, Director of Customer Experience. “Building a product that they and their members will truly love is the reason why we go to work every morning and I love getting to share that excitement with them.”
