May 2025 Product Roundup

At Rhythm, we believe the best innovations are the ones that make your day-to-day just a little bit smoother. Whether it’s simplifying payments or clearing up event pricing, our May updates are all about removing friction and adding clarity.

Easier Renewals, Faster Payments

Renewals shouldn’t feel like a scavenger hunt. That’s why we’ve upgraded billing run emails to include both the downloadable invoice and a public payment link so members can view their bill and pay it in one smooth move.

One of our customers asked for this enhancement while preparing their annual renewal reminders. They wanted to give members everything they needed right inside the email: the invoice itself and a direct path to pay. Now they can — no extra clicks, no login required.

It’s also a huge help when someone else is footing the bill. Members can simply forward the email to their company’s accountant or admin, and that person can handle payment without needing credentials or a tour of the portal.

This small change adds up to a better experience for members and fewer payment delays for staff. That’s a win-win in our book.

Name Your Price (Column)

Labels matter — especially when they impact how members interpret what they’re paying. That’s why we’ve added the ability to rename the default pricing column on your event registration page when deadline pricing is enabled.

Previously, this column was labeled “Regular,” which didn’t always fit. For events with Early Bird or Late Registration rates, that label could cause confusion or just feel out of sync. Now, it’s totally up to you. Call it “Standard Rate,” “Base Pricing,” or anything else that fits your event’s tone and timeline.

It’s a small tweak, but it gives you more control over the registration experience and helps registrants know exactly what they’re looking at.
