At Rhythm, we understand that creating a great product is about refining existing features as much as introducing new ones. We are always expanding our capabilities while also paying attention to customer feedback to enhance their overall experience and streamline their work.
The Product Roundup provides a sneak peek into our recent developments. These updates may not be the most prominent, but they will benefit your teams and members in meaningful ways.
Key Enhancements
💡 INCREASED OPTIONS ON FINANCIAL REPORTING
Financial reporting is key to a successful association – you know what they say…you can’t measure what you don’t track. We’ve heard from many of the customers who switched to Rhythm that financial reporting in their legacy AMS was hard, if not impossible. They could not pull the reports they needed, or worse, they didn’t trust the data coming out.
A few months ago, we added G/L Account Name as a column to the Subledger Entries Report for better visibility. This month, we took it a step further.
Now, you can customize the Subledger Entries Report view to show only the G/L accounts you want to see during your session. With greater flexibility in reporting, everyone wins.
For current customers, head to your Subledger Entries Report, click the Customize button and choose which G/L accounts you want to include in your view.
💡 SET ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR MEMBERSHIP ADD-ONS
Rhythm has the concept of eligibility criteria in multiple places throughout the system. Whether you want to decide who gets a coupon, when someone can purchase a membership, or who is eligible for your upcoming event – we’ve got you covered.
In June, we added the ability to set eligibility criteria for membership add-ons. If you want to restrict the ability to purchase a particular add-on by criteria (like someone’s membership type, committee involvement, location, or more) you now can.
Only those eligible will see the option to purchase the add-on, so there’s no confusion on the member’s end.
