Users can filter and save views to track their own tasks or even check on tasks assigned to others. Plus, you can configure task types in the CRM, giving you the flexibility to structure your workflow in a way that makes sense for your team.
💡 FLEXIBLE EVENT CANCELLATION OPTIONS IN THE PORTAL
Managing event registrations just got easier! Registrants can now cancel their event registration directly through the portal. You can set a specific cancellation deadline or define a relative window (e.g., 24 hours after registration). These settings can be customized in the registration package itself, offering you complete control.
If eligible to cancel, registrants will see the option in the portal, along with a preview of their refund, streamlining the process for both you and your members.
