The Monthly Product Roundup is here!
The Monthly Product Roundup is your chance to take a closer look at what’s happening behind the scenes at Rhythm. While we’re still building new functionality, we’re constantly improving and optimizing our existing capabilities based on feedback from customers, too.
Keep reading to see what kinds of product enhancements we added in December.
Key Enhancements
💡 Support for bulk shipping of specific line items
If your association ships a lot of physical merchandise, you’re familiar with the many moving parts that go into shipping, fulfilling, and tracking the orders.
We wanted to make it easier on your staff when they have to ship items in bulk. Now, with support for shipping by line item, you can ship individual items in an order, instead of just the whole order at once.
This is helpful if part of the order is out of stock or not ready to ship yet – or if it’s just easier for your team to select all T-shirts or individual item types that have been ordered and ship all of those together, instead of whole orders.
💡 New Trial Balance Report for clearer visibility into your finances
Reconciling the financial data in your AMS with your Financial Management System is all about the details. To provide even better visibility and peace of mind during this process, we added a Trial Balance Report to the Finance app that allows your team to confirm that the data you are sending over to your FMS is correct.
The Trial Balance Report sums all of your GL account debits and credits from the time you begin using Rhythm. Then, you’re able to change the dates of the report to show you the last month – giving you an easier way to see the changes to each GL, the sum of all GL debits and credits, and the balance at the end of the month.
The report is interactive, meaning you can dig deeper into the subledger entry details or the invoice for more information.
