November 2022 Product Roundup

Every month at Rhythm, we bundle up the enhancements we’ve made to the system in the last month. Sometimes it’s something really big, and sometimes it’s a smaller feature – but over time it all adds up to create a big difference for your staff and members.

Transparency is a core belief here at Rhythm – so we like to make sure everyone has insight into what’s new.

Here’s your inside scoop on what’s new in Rhythm:

Key Enhancements

💡 Support for multiple organization addresses

Rhythm now supports multiple addresses for organizational contact records. Whether it’s a satellite office or the company headquarters, you can keep track of the different address types an organization may have.

Keeping track of the data you need while reducing clutter? We call that a win-win.

💡 Significant performance enhancements to long-running functions

In Rhythm, there are a lot of powerful processes that run the day-to-day operations of your association. We know how important it is that these processes run as quickly as possible, so you can get back to delighting your members.

When seconds matter, we want to save as many as we can – so we optimized things behind the scenes to make our processes even faster. Processing an order, canceling an order, posting a batch, shipping an order, and retroactively applying a coupon have all been optimized!

For current customers: you don’t have to do anything. These updates have already been made and optimized. Expect the same great results, with even quicker load times.

💡 Publicly Payable Invoices

Publicly payable invoices were a hotly requested feature. Now, your constituents have the ability to pay an invoice without logging in or creating an account in the portal. Easily include the external pay link on invoices and automated invoice emails. Then, your members can pay through that link or forward it on for someone else to take care of for them.

That’s payment, simplified.

💡 Multi-factor authentication

Multi-factor authentication (MFA) is just another way Rhythm uses to protect your association’s data. Typically, association staff log in to the platform using a username and password. When MFA is enabled, another type of verification (usually on the user’s mobile device) is required during login. This additional layer of security significantly reduces the risk of unauthorized access to a team member’s account.

If you’re a current customer and want to opt-in to MFA for your staff, contact your Rhythm representative. After a set-up process, you’ll be able to begin using it immediately.
