HONESTY + TRANSPARENCY — This blog is part of a series where we do a deep dive into Rhythm’s core values and guiding principles. Our core values are an intentional declaration of what we believe, how we make decisions, and how we move our organization forward with alignment.

We’ve learned that in order for two parties to work together successfully, there has to be mutual trust. But the pre-requisite to trust? Honesty and transparency. This is how you navigate the ups and downs that come with working towards a common goal. 

At Rhythm, we have two big partners —Our customers, and our employees.

Our customers trust us with their business and data, and in turn, we give their staff and members the best experience possible. Our employees agree to give us their best efforts, and in turn, we agree to give them an environment where they can grow and learn and feel fulfilled.
